A Photographer’s Blog | Preserving the Stories Behind the Photos
As a Maui wedding and portrait photographer, I love to blog. For me, blogging is a way to preserve and celebrate all the details that photos alone can’t convey. I’m passionate about creating posts for weddings and portrait sessions because they enhance the images by telling a deeper story. Through writing, I can share the background moments that bring each gallery to life — how couples met, the journey of their relationship, and the highlights of their special day.
Beyond personal stories, blogging also lets me showcase the places where my sessions take place. Maui and the greater Pacific Northwest are filled with magic — from lush forests and charming neighborhoods to coastal views and hidden gems. Writing about these locations adds atmosphere and meaning, helping the images resonate even more.
Through every blog post, I strive to blend beautiful imagery with authentic storytelling. Whether it’s a wedding on the beach or a portrait session in the park, every story deserves to be told.
