We have never felt so safe during a photo session like this one—lol! Greg and Kaylee are both first responders, and knowing their dedication to protecting and caring for others made this engagement shoot feel extra special. Greg serves as a Deputy with the Sheriff’s Office, and Kaylee works as an EMT for AMR. What an amazing experience capturing the love between this lovely couple.
This was their first portrait session together, and they wanted something romantic by the beach, which perfectly suits their warm and genuine connection. They met on a call through work and have been together for a year and a half. Their proposal was nothing short of magical—happening at Safeco Field in Seattle during the enchanting Christmas light show known as “Enchant Seattle.” Kaylee’s friends surprised her, and Greg popped the question with a memorable quote from her favorite movie: “Can I say something crazy?”
Greg admires how selfless Kaylee is, especially in the way she treats Greg’s son Bentley as her own, extending that love into their relationship. Kaylee loves Greg’s caring nature and how he always gives people the benefit of the doubt. He consistently puts others first, striving to make those around him happy.
Outside of work, Kaylee is a devoted dog mom who enjoys spending active time outdoors with family and dogs. Greg’s hobbies include building model and remote control airplanes. The couple enjoys working out together daily and cherishes weekend trips to the Oregon Coast and the Newport Aquarium with Bentley.
Their perfect Saturday starts with waking up without an alarm, cuddling in bed with their dogs, grabbing coffee and donuts from a local shop, and spending the day baking, watching movies, and simply enjoying each other’s company. If there’s one word to describe Greg and Kaylee, it’s devotion.
