Soft morning light, the warm blue of Poʻolenalena Beach, and a peaceful shoreline made this engagement session pure magic. So excited to photograph their upcoming wedding day and more memories together.

What an honor it was to photograph their engagement session at the lovely Poolenalena Beach in Maui, Hawaii. This stunning backdrop provided the perfect setting for their joyful moments together, reflecting the deep connection they share.

Brailey and John’s journey began in May 2019, and their love story reached a memorable highlight when John proposed in April 2024 during a trip to Japan. While visiting Universal Studios Japan, he turned a casual moment into a magical one. As Brailey admired the Universal sign, John called her back, claiming she had forgotten something. When she turned around, she was met with the sight of the engagement ring, and without hesitation, she said YES!

John admires Brailey’s compassion and thoughtfulness, proclaiming her to be the most kind-hearted person he has ever met. In turn, Brailey cherishes their ability to communicate openly and resolve any challenges together positively.

We eagerly look forward to capturing their wedding day next year, celebrating the love that continues to grow between them.
