What an honor it was to photograph Brailey and John’s engagement session at the lovely Poolenalena Beach in Maui, Hawaii. The early morning light, gentle ocean waves, and quiet serenity made it feel like the beach was theirs alone — the perfect backdrop for their laughter and the deep connection they share.
Brailey and John’s journey began in May 2019, and their love has only grown more inspiring over the years. One of the most special milestones in their story came in April 2024, during a trip to Japan. While visiting Universal Studios Japan, John created a moment straight out of a movie — as Brailey admired the Universal sign, he called her back, telling her she’d forgotten something. When she turned around, she was met with the sweetest surprise: John on one knee with a ring in hand! Without hesitation, she said YES!
John admires Brailey’s compassion and kind heart, calling her the most thoughtful person he’s ever known. Brailey cherishes their open communication and how they always work through challenges together with love and understanding. Their relationship radiates warmth, respect, and pure joy — a true reflection of what love looks like.
A huge congratulations and shout-out to Brailey and John as they prepare for their wedding day on March 14, 2026 — yes, Pi Day! It’s the perfect date for a couple whose love is as infinite as 3.14.
