Maui Photographer Captures Bailey and Maddy’s Perfect Match in a Heartfelt Engagement Session.
Bailey and Maddy are the perfect match — no doubt about it. After just 30 minutes together, it was clear they were meant for each other. They met while line dancing at Carolina Western Pub in Columbia, South Carolina. Maddy kicked Bailey’s boot while dancing. “I initially apologized until I noticed he was wearing a rival collegiate team’s shirt. I took the apology back, insulted his team, and we’ve been together since.” — Maddy
While Maddy was in Hawaii for a pharmacy rotation, Bailey flew out for a visit. They had planned to see the Lahaina Banyan Tree and take nightly walks around the area. One evening, a soft drizzle began as they sheltered by the Banyan Tree’s main trunk — the perfect moment for Bailey to take Maddy’s hands and get down on one knee. He nervously mumbled his way through the proposal, and of course Maddy said YES!

About Maddy: she loves reading, line dancing, photography, and spending time with loved ones. She enjoys a good cup of coffee, and — fun fact — it took her 21 years to start eating pizza.
About Bailey: he enjoys golfing, watching sports, playing with his dog, and being with friends and family. He’s a 2-time National Champion student athletic trainer for Clemson Football.
Their perfect Saturday: wake up and cook breakfast (Bailey loves bacon), watch a favorite TV series or find live music, then wind down the day with a movie.
