Maddy & Bailey

Bailey and Maddy are the perfect match. No doubt about it. After spending just 30 minutes with them, we knew they meant for each other. They met while line dancing at Carolina Western Pub in Columbia, South Carolina. Maddy kicked Bailey’s boot while dancing.

“I initially apologized until I noticed he was wearing a rival collegiate team’s shirt. I took the apology back, insulted his team, and we’ve been together since.” – Maddy

While Maddy is out in Hawaii for pharmacy rotation, Bailey came out to visit for a few days. Before the trip, they talked about visiting the Lahaina Banyan Tree and do nightly walks around the area. During one of those nightly walks, it started to drizzle. The moment they took shelter at the Banyan Tree’s main trunk, was the perfect opportunity for Bailey to take Maddy’s hands and got down on one knee. Bailey nervously mumbled his way through it. Hahaha. Maddy obviously said YES!

What do they love about each other? 1) Bailey’s ability to keep Maddy smiling and laughing 2) How Maddy takes time out of her busy schedule to motivate and support Bailey to reach his goals.

Maddy enjoys reading, line dancing, photography, and spending time with love ones. She enjoys a good cup of coffee. It took Maddy 21 years to start eating pizza. LOL

Bailey enjoys golfing, watching sports, playing with his dog, and being around friends and family. Bailey is a 2-Time National Champion student athletic trainer for Clemson Football.

Their perfect Saturday would be waking up and cooking breakfast. Bailey loves bacon. Followed by watching their fave TV series or find some sort of live music. To end the day, they like to turn on a movie.
